| After decades of Legionary-Royalist dictatorship (4523-4556), during which time members of the New Endralonian, Kuzak, and other minority groups were encouraged, sometimes with force, to adopt the Kizenian identity, a new census has been conducted revealing significant growth in the percentage of the population identifying as Kizenian. It is thought that this growth is especially due to the fact that many New Endralonians were people whose ancestors were Kizenians, but were subjected to forced assimilation of the indigenous population during the Endralonian colonial empire's rule over Kizenia. An increased number of New endralonians have also recognized their mixed roots and partial Kizenian heritage, but identify more as "mixed" than as fully Kizenian. The Kuzaks are less affected.
