Details

Submitted by[?]: National Conservative Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4560

Description[?]:

We, the NCP, UKWF, and Centrist Party propose this vote of no confidence in the current government up for a vote under the authority of article 4 of the Presidential Prerogative (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=592703).

Not only have we lost confidence in the current government, but due to the resignation of NCP and UKWF Ministers, article 4c of the Presidential Prerogative gives us the authority to propose a new cabinet due the mnumber of empty seats, including the Premiership.
