| On behest of the Head of State and with final agreement of the Council of Ministers, The Government proposes to adjust the government's spending budget to allocate funds to the Education and Culture department and to the Science and Technology depertament in order to enhance the Research in Istalia and to ameliorate the education system. The funds allocated to the Research and Technology department will go to finance the National Council of Research programs, especially the expansion of the Nuclear Physics Laboratory of Roccaghiaccia and the establishment of a Nuclear Fusion Research Complex, not far from the first mentioned laboratory, where to start the research in this new field of fysics and technology. The funds allocated to the Infrastructure and Transport will be necessary to start the works for three tunnels which will pass under the northern mountain ranges which divide us from Solentia so to better connect and increase the trade and the exchanges between our nations. We are still negotiating, but we are very confident of the positive aptitude of Solentia about this due to the fact that in many occasions the Government as well as most part of the political forces expressed their desire to increase our relations. Finally, the increasing funds for the Justice department will assure further resource to the Government to contrast the internal threat for the State represented by illegal organizations. |
