We propose the official introduction of a preceding officer to the Supreme Council. - Official Title of Office: Speaker of the Supreme Council of Capitalist State of Hobrazia (or simply Speaker of the Supreme Council.) - Should be addressed as 'Mr Speaker' - Their role; to chair debate, and issue points of order if necessary. We propose that the opposition party puts forward a member, to be first to take this important office . |
