Message | I agree with the principle of this bill, however, I take issue with Article 2. While I support the principles- providing more homeless shelters, I do not believe privately run shelters should be abolished. I shall be voting for this bill, however if it passes, I will be seeking to introduce a new bill to modify Article 2. |
