Because of we believe in transparent ,democratic government we propose to make following reforms to our nation constitution Article XXIX Proposed text : All legislature sessions must be open ,unless there are state of emergency .Secret sessions requires approval of legislature by 3/4 majority,President and High Chancellor in special motion .All parties responsible for organising illegal secret sessions should be censured by legislature. |

Message | Secret sessions are necessary for national security. However, we agree that they could be considered abusive to transparency. We would like the secret sessions to be approved by a 1/2 of the legislature and only of this, without further need to declare any state for this. Anna Harritu |
