This plan outlines the Lodamese military after the large scale restructuring of the 4500s.
Three important areas are to be maintained, being:
-defense of the homeland;
-reconnaissance and intel;
-respecting international agreements and military commitment.

Lodamese military:

§1. Chain of Command.
-- Supreme Command: The Supreme Commander is to be presented to the Presidium, which decides by normal majority if the person proposed is fit for the position. The President accepts the nomination of the candidate by Presidential decree, after which the candidate can take office.
The Supreme Commander is authorized to choose his staff at personal will.
The Supreme Commander is responsable for the operationability of the military and shall communicate to the Presidium.
--Military High Command: the highest organ within the military is the Military High Command. This is the connection between the military and political institutions. Delegates of the Military High Command are defined by law. The MHC will provide the Presidium with information about the possibilities of the military, the needs and necessary modifications.
Delegates: -the President of the Republic;
-the Minister of Defence;
-the Minister of Foreign Affairs;
-the Minister of Internal Affairs;
-the Supreme Commander;
-the Maritime Commander;
-the Commander-in-Chief;
-the Intelligence Office Commander;
-one delegate for each party that has paramilitaries serving in the military.
--Maritime Commander: the Maritime Commander is responsible for the readiness of the military fleet. The MC communicates directly to the Supreme Commander. The Supreme Commander can choose his candidate for MC, with the Military High Command supporting the candidacy.
--Commander-in-Chief: the Commander-in-Chief is responsible for the readiness of the troops apart from naval forces. The CIC communicates directly to the Supreme Commander. The Supreme Commander can choose his candidate for CIC, with the Military High Command supporting the candidacy.
--Intelligence Office Commander: the IOC is responsible for collecting, interpreting and sharing intelligence. The IOC communicates directly to the Minister of Defence and the Supreme Commander. The Supreme Commander can choose his candidate for IOC, with the President supporting the candidacy.

§2. Military units.
--COMLODNAV (Command of Lodamese Navy): consists of several units and fleets.
2.1. The Newport Command, based at Newport Haven. Home of the 1st Homeland Fleet, 1st MCM Fleet, Eastern Escort Fleet, Newport Diving Corps and Newport MRC.
2.1.1 1st Homeland Fleet: this fleet is the last line of defense at sea at the eastern coast. In peacetime, this fleet shall be implemented as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to patrol and secure the Lodamese EEZ.
2.1.2 1st MCM Fleet: the MCM fleet has to keep the naval traffic lanes from and towards Newport Haven clear of mines or any other submarine dangers.
2.1.3 Eastern Escort Fleet: this fleet is responsable for guiding and securing vessels passing through our EEZ and must be able to escort special transports towards their port of call.
2.1.4 Newport Diving Corps: this unit provides divers and submarine systems to be implemented in MCM operations, rescue operations our submarine activities.
2.1 5 Newport MRC: Maritime Rescue Coordination consists of a few platforms that can be implemented as Search and Rescue platform.

2.2 North-West Command, based at Ellington. Home of the 2nd Homeland Fleet, 2nd MCM Fleet, Western Escort Fleet, Republican Auxiliairy, High Sea Fleet and North-West MRC.
2.2.1 2nd Homeland Fleet: this fleet is the last line of defense at sea at the eastern coast. In peacetime, this fleet shall be implemented as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to patrol and secure the Lodamese EEZ.

2.2.5 High Sea Fleet: this unit is to be implemented in international operations or operations across the oceans. It consists of replenishment ships and troop transport vessels, as well as attack craft.
2.2.6 North-West MRC: Maritime Rescue Coordination consists of a few platforms that can be implemented as Search and Rescue platform.

2.3 Submarine Command. Situated at the secret submarine base. Lodamun however will only use a few subs.

--COMLAF (Command of Lodamese Air Force): consist of a few units.
2.4 Northern Area: several airfields and bases situated in the northern part of the nation, housing staff, personnel and material from both fighter wings and air transportation units.
2.4.1 18th Fighter Wing: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the northern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.4.2 23th Fighter Wing: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the northern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.4.3 2nd Reconnaissance Squadron: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the northern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.4.4 Northern Air Supply: this unit provides air transportation planes and helicopters to aid replenishment or to support troop transportation by air.
2.4.5 ATCC-North: a broad network of radar towers to control the airspace.

2.5 Central Area: airbase in Kregon that provides planes to be implemented all through the nation and Northern Seleya.
2.5.1 11th Fighter Wing: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the northern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.5.2 Central Air Supply: this unit provides air transportation planes and helicopters to aid replenishment or to support troop transportation by air.

2.6 South-Western Area: large military airbase in Newport that provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the eastern and southern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.6.1 5th Fighter Wing: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the southern and eastern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.6.2 9th Fighter Wing: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the southern and eastern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.6.3 1st Reconnaissance Squadron: this unit provides fighter jets to intercept unidentified or hostile units in the southern and eastern part of the nation, the EEZ included.
2.6.4 Newport Air Supply: this unit provides air transportation planes and helicopters to aid replenishment or to support troop transportation by air.
2.6.5 ATCC-Newport: a broad network of radar towers to control the airspace.

--COMMIL (Command of Military): provides several units to be implemented in international operations and to protect and defend the nation.
2.7 2nd Army: based at Destin Horon Military base at Westwood Park. The 2nd Army has a maximum of 42,000 effectives, of which 20,000 paramilitaries.
2.8 4th Army: based at Daro Valley. The 4th Army has a maximum of 35,000 effectives, of which 12,000 paramilitaries.
2.9 1st Homeland Army: based in Kregon. The 1st Homeland has a maximum of 25,000 effectives, of which 20,000 paramilitaries.
2.10 6th Army: based in Golavia. The 6th Army has a maximum of 38,000 effectives, of which 20,000 paramilitaries.
2.11 1st Army (the President's Men) based in Golavia. The 1st Army has a maximum of 4,000 effectives, none of whom paramilitaries. These are elite troops.
2.12 7th Army: based in Ellington. The 7th Army has a maximum of 26,000 effectives, of which 16,000 paramilitaries.
2.13 1st Reserve: based at Andalay.
2.14 2nd Reserve: based at Kregon

--COMINTAG (Command International Agreements):
2.15 Permanent Contingent in Istalia: under the supervision of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Minister of Defence, arranged through binational agreement, there are Lodamese Forces permanently residing in Istalia.
2.15.1 I-Fleet: a small flotilla residing in the Istalia to ensure Lodamese interest overseas. There are 300 troops available to maintain and use these vessels.
2.15.2 I-Fleet Aeronautics: a small helicopter squadron to support I-fleet. There are 150 troops available for the maintenance and operation of these vehicules.
2.15.3 Overseas Command: a Lodamese staff to maintain a good relation with Istalian officials and which acts as a delegation of the Lodamese Armed Forces. The staff counts 10 officers and 20 troops.
2.15.4 Overseas Contingent: Lodamese troops which have to maintain order in the overseas base. These troops also will train and operate with Istalian Armed Forces. The maximum number of troops is 2000.

2.16 RRF (Rapid Reaction Force): the RRF is an army that can be called upon on very short notice which consists of several existing battalions and units. In order of the graveness of the situation and the specifics, the Supreme Commander can establish the RRF as he wishes.
The RRF can be implemented as a part of our obligations towards the SU.
The RRF has a permanent staff, which contains 8 officers and 120 troops.
The RRF has a permanent Expeditionary Force, which contains 3,500 troops. These are known as the Lodamese Expeditionary Forces and are stationed in the Kregonese mountains.

2.17 Lodamese Intelligence Office: this organisation collects information on foreign nations. It consists of 4,000 personnel, military and civilian, and can call on other units to help collect these info.

2.18 Military staff: the military staff is in charge of military logistics, human resources, material resources and well-being. The military staff has 4,000 personnel in peacetime. During conflict, these numbers can be brought to 6,500. Each army has its own logistics and maintenance department, which communicates with the military staff.
