| The Coalition for the Democratic Cooperation propose to adjust the government's spending budget to better address the healthcare and social services needs and to allocate new funds to begin a new defence modernization program. Our citizens deserves a full universal healthcare and the reforms proposed will graant major access without form of discrimation and it will assure a major assistance and closeness to the citizens, especially for the younger ones. About the funds allocated to the defence, as said, the Nation will start a program of modernization which will provide: - a new multirole jet fighter dedicated first of all to the defence of the national airspace (probably the new jet will be developed together with Lodamun on the basis of the project which Leonardi Industrial Group is proposing currently). The jet will replace the dated Jetstream's HF-35 and the ADG's Unionfighter Typhoon (https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Istalian_Air_Force#Combat_aircraft). The Air Force will order 600 aircraft. The elimination of 2 jet types in favor of one new one will reduce the cost of maintenance. - The development and construction of 3 units of a new light carrier which will be able to embark helicopters as well as STOVOL/Vertical landing jet fighters. - Evalutation of the SSNB submarine developed at the beginning of the century so to decide if proceed with the replacement of the Trionfante Class. Under the previous modernization program: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=587417 about the Air Force's provisions, no new fighters were developed but was just increased the AF-43's number. |
