| Message | No change here is particularly extreme. Given the close calls for second/third/fourth place in the last few elections, we propose a small increase in seats in Parliament (299 to 399). The rest of it is either additional devolution or altering public services so that private stuff is still allowed, but the Government guarantees a baseline standard. |
