Bill: Rights of the Worker Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: United Soviet Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: June 2207

Description[?]:

It is absurd that in our apparently modern society we still allow employers to fire workers who strike and that we do not protect the health of our workers in the work place and that we do not make a provision for a minimum wage. Gentleman this must stop if we wish to help our country to prosperity we must protect our workers. In turn how ever we must regulate the unions which at the moment can go on strike with out holding a ballot of any sort.

MessageWe support, though would prefer to see Article's 1's protections broadened a bit. Employers will not be very likely to deem any reason for going on strike 'reasonable'...
