We prepose this bill so we can provide better healthcare to the people of this nation. This will include reforms such as introducing universal healthcare and giving people more control over their health. Current: There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.

Old value:: Recreational drug use is regulated by local governments.
Current: There are no laws regulating what citizens can put into their bodies.
