| CPCK : Short term for the Confederation. Article IV The Confederation of the Peoples of Central Keris is a democratic semi-presidential confederation of the five Regiunes which are divided between the 3 Republics: - The Republic of New Endralon consists out of the Regiunes Kuzaki/Endrafold and Sodali/Zyldavia; - The Republic of Kizenia consists out of the Reguines of Tilarnia and Tiania; - The Republic of Kuzaki consists out of the Regiune of Kutohaderia. The constitutional powers of the Preșident is founded on the separation, the balance and the collaboration of the powers, as well as on participative democracy of the citizen, and the principles of good governance and of the correlation between the responsibility for and the rendering of accounts. The Confederation relies for its collective life on the confederative constants, on the national unity of its multiple components, on the semi-presidential confederation, and on democratic choice. Internationally, the names Kizenia, New Endralon, Kuzaki, Sullestia or combined as a name for the confederation will be accepted. |

| Message | Please submit amendment to Article IV as a separate bill. We support Article 1 and 2, but we do not support accepting the name "Sullestia" as a legitimate name for Central Keris. (OOC: also, this should have been changed a long time ago, as Puheenjohtaja does not conform to cultural protocols). |
