In a vote of 483 in the affirmative and 116 opposing, the Lodamese Green Coalition has agreed to bring a proposal to change higher education tuition policy to the Presidium floor. We propose to change the current policy of full government subsidization of tuition to only those of low income. We believe this will ease the financial burden on our nation while still providing full tuition subsidization for those that truly need it. |
