| following what conforms to article 3 of the Constitution of the nation of solentia I quote the following: Article 12: Local Governments Certain powers may be returned to the Local Governments by the Senate in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 3. Article 12: Autonomous Statute: each state of solentian will be governed by an autonomous parliament and a governor appointed by it, any disorder or disrespect to the central government, its regional government will be dissolved in accordance with this article, its government will have the functions of controlling or governing the economy of the state and all the same functions that a central president of the country in its region fulfill, the autonomous parliament will legislate and approve laws for its state in the 5 regions that will form constituent states of solentia united in a single country I propose that each state that integrates the country is entitled to autonomous status and that each state in turn is its own nation within a state in the style of European countries in real life. with this new law we will bring greater progress to the nation and a decentralization that will make the society more free and autonomous by reducing the enormous functions of a central government and that this only focuses on the security and justice that are essential in a nation as a solentia States have special rights as their own Constitution as long as they are subject to the central authority of the nation, every autonomous state is entitled to its own police its own infrastructure, its own institutions, its own laws that pass the parliament for the construction of a democratic society more pluralistic, independent and respected by all |
