The government must protect the health and the well being of it's citizen. We cannot allow such an important issue as healtcare to be left entirely upon the hands of the private sector. To ensure that everyone can reveive good quality treatements for any illness they might caught without get into huge dept for the rest of their lifes, healtcare should be free. We shall also restore for women the most fundamental right to control their own body and we shall ensure that no unwanted pregnancy shall get to term simply because the victim of it is unable to pay.

Provision:

SECTION I: ABORTION

Article 1) Upon the passage of the bill, abortion shall be allowed during the first 6 month of pregnancy
Article 2) All abortion perform after the first 6 month of prenancies shall be only allowed for medical emergencies
Article 3) All abortion shhall now be entirely paid by the governement

SECTION II: HEALTCARE SYSTEM

Article 1.1) Upon the passge of this bill, the ministry of Health and Social Services shall now provide healthcare services for free to every hutorian citizen.
Article 1.2) The ministry of Health and Social Services shall seek to acquire and built all health infrastructure that it deems necessary in order to provide the healtcare services mentioned.
Article 2) The ministry of Health and Social Services shall be responsible for stricly regulating private hospital and private healthcare compagnies to ensure that they provide quality services for a reasonable price.
