| Mr Speaker, collegues of the National Assembly, we would like just to regularize the length of the term of our legislature. We consider the current length of the term as... odd. Reducing the term of just 2 months we will assure us elections, if regularly scheduled, which will happen regularly the same month each 4 years, with, we think, we'll save also money. However, we would like insist on 4 years, because we are convinced it is the better solution for a healthy and adeguate alternation of power.
