Voting deadline: October 4578

Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,
we will not retain us to continue to ask that having citizens always ready to defend the country within a reserve alongside the profesional army will be a great option for our national defence.

Look at the Istalian Thallerist Revolution (https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Istalian_Thallerist_Revolution): the Armed Forces for almost 1 year were virtually uneffective to contrast Julius von Thaller and his Revolution, despite the large and advanced means at disposition of the Armed Forces.

First of all it was the Resistance organized by the civilians to contrast the Thallerist mercenaries. And imagine now to have a citizenship with in their experience military training! Our nation will be even more sure!

Thank you
