We hereby propose following amendments to the assembly to consider.We believe that now a days chsnging climate is a big issue.Global warming is increasing and to overcome it a wider and organized forestry system is required in addition to it environment friendly fuel cars should be allowed but people should be encouraged to use publc transport

MessageMr Speaker,
we are voting against this bill for the article 1, convinced that the local governments can handle the matter better than the national government.
However, we would like ask to the collegues of PNI if they are willing to present another bill with only the article 2: we will support the introduction of tax incentives and form of encouraging concerning the private cars; in fact, we thought that to contrast changing warming a reform of the policy about the private cars can be more effective.
