Messagesorry ppl got the description mixed up , this is a bill to support the neglected minorites of the nation. we cant have kids working long hours it's immoral and positive discrimination is needed to make everyone equal as more often than not the majority groups abuse the power that they have.

MessageArticle 3 is racism and sexism in reverse. It just means employers have to hire minorities just because they are minorities; it doesn't even take into account that in order for businesses to remain competitive they must have the best workers.

As for Article, have you ever heard of summer jobs, after school jobs and/or paper routes? It's all a matter of regulation.
