Message | Ingolf Gansz, Parliamentary Leader of Solidarität: "We appreciate this legislative effort, but want to be certain that the budget cuts to the Defence Ministry are consistent with the other aims of this piece of legislation. Therefore, we would appreciate if the Minister of Defence could respond to this body about the ability to meet a full-time army with the budget cuts." |

Date | 22:30:49, June 01, 2019 CET | From | Föderalistische Partei | To | Debating the Wind of Change Pt.2: Military Reforms |
Message | "I believe that there is a large amount of waste occurring in the department of defense, and that with the military budget making up roughly 40% of the budget despite the army not even being full-time, that we were clearly acting in a rather inefficient manner with regards to military spending. Should the armed forces require more funding to operate, we will provide them with this funding in a separate piece of legislation. " - Jacob Rosenberg, Minister of Defense |

Message | After the statement of the defence minister we agree with the bill. Maybe we also could involve private companies, for example airplane manufactures for our Air Force. (OOC: there is one IG option to allow private defence industry) |
