WHEREAS it is evedient that the privately owned defense plants are operating at a higher effeciency thatn those owned by the state,

AND the defense of the nation is to important to allow any but the most effecient and innovative to participate in it,

THEREFORE we propose that the current State owned defense industries be sold to private industry, and the money utilized to enhance internal security in this era of threats of physical violence against parties and individuals.
