Message | Colleague, Whilst the BPP understands the sentiment behind this bill, we do not see the merit in restricting the government from procuring land for vital works. The party does believe that citizens whose rights are infringed upon should be handsomely rewarded financially for their troubles, and should be allowed to take the case before the courts should they see the need.
