Message | Mr Speaker, Under current law, only "children" above the age of 14 may work and there are limitations on what minors can do and how long they can work. This bill would stop young people from gaining valuable part-time work experience while they complete their schooling, and allows them to earn some extra money. Our party cannot support this bill. Rt. Hon. Linda Philpot MP for St. John's Centre Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Hutori OOC: also you do know that these bills will automatically go back to debate and you will have to restart the voting process again after the election right? |
