MessageMr Speaker,
despite tendentially we could be in favor to this treaty, we have some concerns:

- should we consider a fascist state any nation which government and/or parliament is controlled by a fascist political movement also if the democratic principles are respected?

- The nations which are not in compliance with the articles of the treaty should be considered as fascist?

Before to vote in any way we would like to have clarifications on these issues.

Thank you

- Caterina Morelli

MessageThe party which created the treaty responded in this way:
A From the treaty itself, "(2) "Fascist state": Any state committed to fascist policies or ruled by a leader or political party holding fascist beliefs"

B: Not all nations that are not in compliance should be considered fascist, but the treaty's articles are a good litmus test.

MessageMr Speaker,
We vote against because unless the rights of the citizens and the democratic principle are undermined, we cannot cut relations with nations that just for this or that term are governed by far-right parties.
It is excessive such a definition.

Thank you

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
