Bill: Strangelove Project Renewel of 2208

Details

Submitted by[?]: Sect of the Green Moon

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 2207

Description[?]:

The system shall be simplified and replaced. As Vacuum tubes can't last longer than a decade, and it's tetiary backup subsystems are going to fail in a year, therefore a newer and better system is needed.

The system shall control Cobalt-Thorium-G Missiles and can send a order to bombers carrying nuclear warheads to attack the common enemy at the time. All our physco-evaluated, trusted generals shall input a Anti-launch code every 24 hours. If three generals input a launch code in 20 hours, then the system shall be activated.

Like before, the system shall use vacuum tubes and have enough back-up subsystems to last few decades. Several technicians shall spend an entire year without contact with the outside world (at least one technician must be female) and maintain the system. It cannot be disconnected from the power grid, and if the power supply is disabled(nuclear explosions create EMP) for more than four hours(it has battery back-ups)(a nuclear explosion will destroy much infrastructure), it shall launch the missiles and the attack code to bombers.
