It should be the responsibility of the Armed Forces to aid the Police force in cases of emergency Regulations Concerning the Deployment of the Armed Forces to Support Hutorian Police: - In order for the Armed Forces to be deployed, the MoD, MoIA, PM, and President must indicate clearly to Parliament, that a state of emergency exists, and that the deployment of the army is the best option to end it - The Army may not be deployed for more than 180 days without Parliamentary approval - Parliament may order troops to their barracks before 180 days - the MoIA, MoD, PM and/or President can order troops to their barracks after 90 days of deployment - Troops are to be placed under Civilian captains - Troops cannot arrest civilans unless a civlilan polcie officer gives direct orders |
