It is our feel that our nation's students suffered from the years under Libertarian rule - tuition should become more egalitarian while standars should be raised. This bill aims to accomplish that. |

Current: Education is compulsory and has to happen at school.
Proposed: Education is compulsory, but home schooling is permitted.

Current: The government provides local governments with funding to operate higher educational institutions.
Proposed: The government allows private higher education but regulates it to meet nationally set standards.
