The government does not loan organs to its citizens . Citizens shall not be harvested without prior authorization. A citizens previous, sane and legal consent overrules any other opinion . May be overruled or delayed by police investigation, or inquest at discretion of the coroner. To reflect this change and maintain the inventory, the government will fund, sponsor and promote both : organ donation to the public, public awareness of these changes. The government shall establish a system to record official consents within medical records. |
