| Before the Presidium of the 3rd Democratic Republic of Lodamun, we introduce an act to impose economic sanctions on the Kazulian Democratic Republic. Recognizing that the current government of the Kazulian Democratic Republic(KDR) has consolidated power and imposed laws that violate basic human rights, as well as outlines a clear fascist agenda to rule over their people. Concerned that the current government of the KDR may also be a threat to any foreign citizen that may still remain in their nation who may be trying to leave. The Presidium hereby declares that: -Lodamun shall indefinitely sever all ties there may remain with the KDR, and vow to not pursue future ties with said nation unless there is a clear change away from the fascism and dehumanizing laws it has recently passed and continue to pass/allow. -Lodamun shall impose economic sanctions against the KDR in an effort to put pressure on their government and show that we will not tolerate such despicable violations of human rights and such treatment against their people and possibly foreigners that may still be there. This act shall pass with a simple majority and will take effect immediately after passage. |
