Article 1) 1.1 Under this act, workers may not take strike action in support of other workers. Strike action must only be taken for their own pay, benefits and working conditions. 1.2 Private sector workers found to be taking part in secondary strike action may be subject to termination at the discretion of their employer. 1.3 Public sector workers found to be taking part in secondary strike action will be subject to termination and will be banned from working in the public sector for a period of 5 years. |
