| In order to protect democracy in our country ,we propose following Article I All adult citizens can register party and participate in national and local elections. Article II Parties that propose legislation that is racist or contradictory to multi-party democratic principles or theocratic will be forcibly dissolved. Article III This law come into force 2 months after its publication in Vanuku Federal Journal of Laws Article IV This law is constitutional admendment so it require 2/3 majority,to pass amend and repeal. |
