Description[?]:
The Baltusian Conservative Party, Aware of the fact that the United States of Baltusia is a republic ruled by a president, not a kingdom ruled by a monarch; Stressing that equality and egalitarianism must be promoted in the society because Baltusia is a democracy by virtues and principles; Taking note that there is no place for aristocracy in this country as every citizen is entitled to the same rights, freedom, and opportunities; Understanding that nobility, by principle and function, is not fit for a republic; Knowledgeable of the fact that the Head of State is a president and having the power to grant titles of nobility is definitely contradicting to the ideals being followed by the country; Resolves to: 1. Remove the power of the Head of State to grand titles of nobility; 2. End granting titles of nobility to anybody; 3. Completely forbid its use. 4. Strip nobilities of their titles. By these we uphold Baltusian values and we prove that we live a democratic country where all men and women are equal. |
