Mr. Speaker,

This bill is way too restrictive on the private citizen. We are not fond of the government having as much control as to dictate what kind of vehicle the population drives. We would much rather prefer the current law; to encourage, not force, the people toward environmentally friendly-fueled cars.

LGC Chairman, Leader of the LGC Libertarian Faction

Mr. Speaker,

We believe this legislation must pass to ensure the people of our nation does their part to help the environment. In the past when this was the policy, our nation has prospered while enjoying much cleaner air. The policy change back in 4577, which was passed by this very party, had seen a gradual reintroduction to fossil fuel-powered vehicles and our air has gotten dirtier as a result. We must rectify this as soon as possible!

Roland Moore,
LGC Social Democratic Faction Leader
