MessageArticle 1 does not expand civil liberties, it contracts them. If I am an employer and the state denies me the ability to sack a worker in breach of contract, my rights are limited in order to give special privileges to a favoured group.

We support 2 and 3 so if you ditch article 1, we'll vote for the proposal.
