1)Withdraw all troops from Kazulia
2)Extradite Theodor Lynden Frankenstein, Thorbjørn Kraiger,Stepan Gessner, and Adolf Kjellberg to Kazulia

Failure to do so will lead to hostile relations with Kazulia at best, war at worst
