Bill: Finance Act of January 4618
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4618
Description[?]:
I, Minister of Finance Klara Lichtenfels, hereby introduce the following finance bill that will cut taxes by a two-thirds on the first 2,500 DDO earned by each and every Dorvish citizen. This will reduce the barrier to starting work for the first time, and will make our economy more dynamic. More importantly, it will also make our economy more fair. As with our appropriations bills, we hope this bill will pass and receive broad support so we can fully take advantage of our surplus and not waste it. |
