Article I: Upon the passage of this Act, the Confederation and people of New Endralon/Kizenia do hereby invite, elect, and declare His Northern Highness the Great Prince and Tsar of Trigunia Androniki I to be His Majesty King Andronicus I of the Royal Confederation of Northern Keris.

Article II: The Confederation shall now be united in personal union with the Tsardom of Trigunia, while both retaining their respective independence.

Article III: The Confederation, while in personal union with Trigunia, does hereby proclaim a non-aggression pact with Trigunia. The specifics of such a pact shall be negotiated and delivered to the elected officials of Trigunia shortly.
