| Honoured colleagues, The state has become lax, any ill-meaning individual can proclaim himself to be a proper Vanukean and the state shrugs and hands them official documents. This must stop! Nationality should come only to real Vanukeans. It is fine if foreigners decide to live here, but that does not make them Jelbics of the Lion's Blood. As for citizenship, that is a huge responsibility! Only those already proven to be responsible should carry that burden, that being the proud landowners of our prosperous Kingdom.
