An Act to restore the empire with an elected monarch and representative Government. The Imperator shall serve 5 year terms and have executive powers, but can not veto laws. They can address the Diet if given permission by the Head of Government to enter the chamber. The Government shall be formed from those which can command a majority in the Diet. The nation shall once more be the ‘Holy Luthorian Empire’ |

Message | Mr Speaker, The SDP have shown themselves to be completely untrustworthy... the NDA state their main goal to be restoration, yet the SDP faction have voted against it 4 times now. A 3 year Monarch is pointless, they need a good length term to make it work, but I get it, why would the SDP faction want to change that when they have been out of power so long and are desperate to try get back in Government. |

Message | Mr Speaker, We are stunned that the SDP who have talked about this issue on numerous occasions have now refused to vote for it. This is disappointing and leads me to question if we can ever trust the SDP again. |
