Arialds of the House of Rousseau-Melderis is hereby removed from his function as Head of State.

§2.

The said Arialds, as well as anyone seeking to render him any service henceforth, is hereby declared to be guilty of treason, and the Imperial Consultative Assembly directs the Minister of Justice to apprehend the same person, and to make certain that punishment be carried out according to the full force of the law.
