In the Holiest Presence of the God Empress Herself, we present this bill to reform the moral standings of the state. Below are the proposals for said bill, which shall be passed it this bill receives a majority in the legislative body.

Article I
The punishment for adultery shall be life imprisonment

Article II
The punishment for cross dressing shall be 5 years imprisonments and can be chemical castration, if a judge decides so.

Article III
The punishment for desecration of the flag shall be imprisonment of 15 years

Article IV
All marriages that have been designated as illegal shall be forcefully dissolved by the state

Article V
Individuals who have legally changed they gender identity shall have there gender identity changed to there previous legal state

Article IV
Any individual caught having homosexual relations shall be persecuted with a minimum punishment of 10 years.
