| We initiate DL - 26 as we believe that democratic representation must be based on the number of people living in our country as it is better to equal representation regardless of region population because equal representation regardless of region population somewhat means that 10 people representing a region where 20 people live and at the same time 10 people representing another region where 5 people live. |
