| Message | ooc: Merely a technical issue: since you are more offline than me and only the foreing minister can make a law wich contains the adoption of Axis and the creation of the Republic (that it is what KLP had accepted), I had proposed a temporary cabinet in order to put on vote this law as soon as possible.
