| This bill proposes to make the members of the Rutanian Housing Board permanent members. Members can only be removed when their party collapses, then a bill will be created where every party wishing to run for the seat fields a candidate and then the two parties with the most nominations from other parties create a bill for the assembly to vote on to decide the seat. |
