| We have involved ourselves in the affairs of others for too long. Our great centre of culture must be independent of any obligations to involve ourselves. We are Selucians, focused on Selucia. We are more than pleased to trade. We will thus begin immediate withdrawal from any agreements obliging us to involve ourselves in foreign affairs and begin drafting a treaty for foreign states to recognise our own neutrality. |
