Details
Submitted by[?]: Federale Party (FP)
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4630
Description[?]:
Seeing as though Saridan has been without a bicameral legislature for many, many years now, through many governments before the time of the Bond van Hosian-Socialisten and during, having only a unicameral, single chamber of parliament, we believe it is high time to further expand our reforms in regards to federalizing the nation. Effective immediately upon the passage of this bill, the following shall become law: ARTICLE I— The Federation of Saridan's legislature, the highest legislative body in the land, shall consist of two chambers, them being the House of Federation and the House of Representatives. ARTICLE II— The House of Representatives shall serve as the de facto lower house of the Federal Assembly, and the House of Federation serving as the de facto upper house of the Federal Assembly. ARTICLE III— The number of seats to both chambers of the Federal Assembly shall be delegated to 365 for the House of Representatives, and 100 for the House of Federation. |
