Description[?]:
(This bill wa sproposed by the minister of Foreign Affairs Janet Symons) The current legislation is highly inadequate since natural disasters are not the only source of suffering troughout the world. Knowing that poverty and lack of any infrastructure can be the source of way much death than natural disaster, it makes very little since to only send help to country that have recently been victim of natural disaster. Let's be more efficient, we should invest in underdevlopped country and make them grow stronger and more sustainable so we can turn them into economic allies. |
