Message"Mr speaker,

This act is completely discriminative in its intention and is deeply unfair. Jobs should be given to those who are best suited to the position, not to someone because their are a minority or based on sex. This act is a segregative measure in itself and is fundamentaly outrageous to call it progressive or supporting equality.

The people of hutori I am sure will feel deeply concerned at such an unfair, and segregative bill which will be damaging to business and therefore is economically poor judgment of the legislature if this bill is passed."

MessageIt is not a solution in the long run, but we need to do something to atleast move forward a little and break the ice of the horrible de facto segregation by gender and ethnicity that currently exist in the workplace. It should be common sense that all workplaces should be made up by an as diverse group as possible.

MessageMr speaker,

The socialist front is effectively stating they'd rather business suffers, and our economy stagnates if it means we have a more diverse workforce. We on the other hand are a party who believe in fundamental meritocratic principles; that talent is the key to open opportunities of work, regardless of anything else.

This is not a solution in any sense of the word, it is an unfair, and ridiculous proposal which will be devastating to business owners and productivity of our economy.

General Secretary of the NWP

Random fact: "OOC", "IC" and "IG" are commonly-used acronyms in Particracy. "OOC" refers to comments, discussions and actions which are out-of-character, meaning they are done player-to-player rather than party-to-party. "IC" refers to in-character interactions (ie. party-to-party). Similarly, "IG" means in-game, although this term may also simply refer to what happens in the actual game interface, as opposed to on the forum or elsewhere. "RP" just means "role-play".
