Description[?]:
The anti-monarchist doctrine of the Communist Party will not be tolerated in Yingdala. Not by the people, not by the noble families, not by the government and certainly not by The Emperor - bless His divine soul. Therefore, I propose the following law to curb any attempts by the Communist Party to begin the process of attempting to oust our monarch and to form a republic. Zhao Wei Chief Minister Article 1 - If the Communist Party - or any other party that is formed in the future with a similar ideology - makes any attempt to propose an alternative structure of government in which the Emperor is not the hereditary head of state, this will spark an immediate vote in the Grand Assembly on whether to dissolve that party based on them attempting to destabilise the constitution; Article 1(a) - The vote will require a 2/3rds vote in favour to enact dissolution of the party; Article 2 - In order to prevent unnecessary Communist Party bills cluttering up the Grand Assembly, the number of proposals parties will be able to put forward in the Grand Assembly will be reduced. Let us be clear: the government governs and makes legislation - the assembly, particularly the opposition parties, should scrutinise and vote. Article 3 - New powers of dispersion and patrolling will be given to the police so that if the communist party attempts to take their republican doctrine out onto the streets and create trouble or violent protest, they will be dealt with immediately. |
