| This is act will repeal the law on paramilitary organisations. Every one of these organisations will be made illegal. Anyone who pretends to be at the head of such an organization will now face 5 to 30 years of imprisonment and a 4 000 to 400 000 Beluzs fine. There are also obviously penalties to those who participate in such organisations. This doesn't apply to the current leaders of the paramilitaries existing in this country but they have to be disbanded after the passing of this law. |

| Message | Mr Speaker, I hope this if passed includes actions to be brought against the red brigade. While we had a paramilitary force we weren't involved in any incident whatsoever and any move against our force will be seen as an act of war. The HLC and CP forces should be abolished, ours have done nothing wrong and will stay around even if this bill passes. |
